Inability to See Clearly

What is the vision of your company? Can three individuals in your building explain your vision to me if I walk in? Could they explain the significance of the vision to them, as well as how their job contributes to the vision and gives their work meaning? Furthermore, your vision cannot just be a meaningless platitude that sounds like business jargon. An inspiring future vision from a real leader fuels their team’s motivation to work hard and do the right thing even when no one is watching. Particularly millennials like to think that their labour benefits society and transcends the pursuit of financial gain. Does this excellence stem from your vision?

Ineffective Performance
